I first used Lamb Exterminating in 2014 when putting my farm house on the market for sale. They were professionals and had very fair prices. In the Fall of 2018 I purchased another home in need of services under the home in the crawl space. I didnt even consider using anyone else as I had come to trust Andrew with Lamb Exterminators and the services they provide. They provided fair prices and the employees were pleasant to work with. Most importantly they do what they say they will and back up their work with no worries. They have also treated my daughters home as well and we will have them back out to encapsulate her crawlspace under their home next year. I can’t say enough good things about this business. They are extremely responsive, have competitive rates, and absolutely go out of their way to make sure you are happy with the services performed, checking in along the way. I can’t remember how I found them initially, but I would absolutely recommend them to anyone! I suffered a random infestation of carpet beetles after purchasing wool rugs from an old store that went out of business in Carytown—a rather uncommon infestation, apparently—but all the technicians (including Adam and Asher) were extremely confident and courteous during every visit. Andrew in the office was very proactive in checking in, and their online confirmations are very efficient! Overall it took some time and patience to get the problem under control, but it was well worth the time and cost for it to be done safely and effectively. I’m an anxious mess when it comes to bugs (having had bed bugs in NYC), and the whole staff was very patient with me! Thank you, Lamb! We were having a consistent issue with ants in our kitchen and black widow spiders in our attached garage. Since we had an infant we were anxious about using companies that spray toxic chemicals around the house, so we were relieved to find Lamb Exterminating and that they use nontoxic methods. I moved into a new home in the Fall and as soon as the Spring weather arrived so did an infestation of wasp in my home. I was terrified and felt anxious all the time because the wasp would just appear out of nowhere. I read reviews and took a chance and called Lamb exterminators. The gentleman that took my call was so professional and I immediately felt like I was being heard and understood. He scheduled an appointment and within two days James Gayfield arrived on time and introduced himself, listened to my situation and explained the process of evaluating my problem. He too was professional and efficient. He found the problem was NOT an infestation but a screen in the attic was not secured and that was the point of entry for wasps to enter my home. I was amazed with the integrity demonstrated. I was impressed with the kindness of Mr. Gayfield and the candid honesty. Here's the kicker, NO CHARGE!!! yes that's right no charge and problem solved. It has been many months later and not one wasp! I strongly recommend this company and I have been telling anyone who would listen about Lamb exterminators and their awesome team members. My husband and I recently had a problem with tiny ants EVERYWHERE. After dealing (sort of) with the problem for weeks, we couldn't take it any more and called Lamb. The service we received from Lamb Exterminating was incredible! Adam came out, explained what he was going to do and then got to work. Once he found the source of the problem, he showed me where it was and explained how he was going to treat it. Best of all, their products are environmentally friendly, no odor what so ever, and after a couple days, 90%% of the ants are gone. They say it could take up to 5-7 days for 100%%. Great job guys! I cannot speak highly enough about the work ethic and integrity of Lamb Exterminating. We initially reached out to Lamb upon discovering that we had European hornets in our backyard. Andrew arrived that evening and took nearly two hours (at the end of his work day, I might add) inspecting our property and crafting a solution for our family. It has been over three weeks, and we are so grateful to report that not one of the hornets has returned to our backyard. Fortunately, Andrew's expertise extends beyond pest control.
